How I became a Qi Gong Master?

My Qi Gong journey started when my kids grew up and started being more independent,

having their own circle of friends, and needing me less and less.

I decided to do something for myself.

At the Community center near my place, I found a Tai chi class and decided to try something different.

It was a lot harder than it seemed and took me a whole year to learn the 24 Yang style steps

but loved it and quickly noticed the physical and mental benefits  I gained from practicing.

From there, my teacher convinced me to start Tai Chi competitions.

And this is how, at over 40 years old, I became an international multiple-time gold & silver medallist.

After this, I decided to learn Qi Gong, as a way to improve my Tai chi and learn to feel my Qi better.

In 2014, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid, gained 10Kg, was always exhausted

and as the only solution, the doctor prescribed medicine that I would have to take for the rest of my life.

Before I start the treatment, I wanted to see if there was a more natural way to fix this issue.

After research, I found that Qi gong was an excellent way to restart the thyroid.

So I gave myself a month and created my own Qi Gong program to fit my needs.

After a month, I had already started to show better results, I kept going and now I feel great, best of all I never took any medicine.

Shortly after that, I decided to create, Chi Balance, to share the amazing power of Qi Gong.
