Refunds
- Class pack: you can ask me for a refund within 14 days of the day your pack starts. It is in full if you have not used a class yet, and otherwise covers the classes left.
- 4-week subscription: you can ask me for a refund within 14 days of the day your subscription starts. It covers the days left in the 4 weeks. A renewal is not refunded.
- After those 14 days, plans are not refunded.
Your right of withdrawal
Under European Union law, you can withdraw from a plan within 14 days of the day it starts, without giving a reason: simply write to me. If you chose to attend classes during those 14 days, the classes you attended are deducted.
Cancelling a class
- You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the class. In the last 24 hours it can no longer be cancelled.
- If I cancel a class, a class pack gets the class back, and a subscription is extended by 7 days.
